Via @treecotrevor : About two weeks ago I made it mandatory henceforth and forever for all Tree co. Members to work out in the morning for an hour. It is a paid hour of work, the gym membership is covered, and I am there with them lifting heavy things.
We believe in personal excellence so we put our money where our mouth is. Physical stature is a part of personal excellence wether you like it or not.
We want to be alive and well for our families so we gotta make sure we take good care of ourselves so that we’re not broken by 40, and that starts at the gym. Let’s goooooo.

Had a danger close 25 year old tall cottonwood removed next to the house. Utah Tree Co secured every limb before cutting down and lowered slowly to the ground avoiding the house.
