Small Town Connecticut Roots
Trevor finished high school in a small town located in rural Connecticut. He grew up surrounded by the stunning forests of the Northeast, which sparked a deep appreciation for the outdoors and the natural world.
Enlistment, Deployment, and Brotherhood
Thanks to the influence of positive role models and mentors, Trevor learned the importance of service at a young age. He decided to join the army as an active duty infantryman, where he met Brooks, who is now our Operations Manager. The two men quickly formed a close bond of brotherhood. In November 2010, they deployed to Iraq for a 13-month tour of duty.

After completing their tour of duty, Trevor and Brooks brought their strong work ethic and disciplined mentality into the civilian sector. They have found their calling as veteran owners and operators, providing a high-quality tree trimming and removal service.
Brooks McWherter
Utah Native
Brooks was born and raised in Salt Lake County, Utah. As a native of the state, he developed a strong love for the outdoors, the stunning natural beauty of Utah, and skateboarding.
Enlistment, Deployment, and Brotherhood
After graduating from Alta High School, Brooks joined the U.S. army and served as an infantryman for six years. During this time, he spent one year in combat operations in southern Iraq and participated in numerous training exercises in the Pacific region. It was while serving in the army that Brooks met Trevor Taylor, (Owner of Tree Co.), during their first guard shift. The two men became close friends and even roomed together for much of their tour in Iraq.

After their time in the military, Brooks and Trevor decided to continue working together in civilian life. They aim to provide a veteran-operated, premium tree service to the people of Utah.
